1. How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment online through our scheduling system. Simply choose your service, select a time, and submit your deposit to confirm your spot.
2. Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, but appointments are prioritized. We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Cash App, Zelle, and cash payments. Full payment must be made before or at the time of service.
4. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes! A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit goes toward your total balance.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
✔️ Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future booking.
✔️ Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
6. What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
⏳ You have a 10-minute grace period. After that, a late fee may apply or your appointment may be canceled.
7. Do you offer mobile services?
Yes! We provide mobile nail services for an additional travel fee. Be sure to provide an accessible and safe location for your appointment.
8. Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, no extra guests are allowed unless they are receiving a service.
9. Do you offer refunds?
No, all sales on services are final. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assess the situation.
