Appointment Deposits & Cancellations
π All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.
βοΈ If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.
βοΈ Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before your appointment) will result in a forfeited deposit.
βοΈ No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to book another appointment.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
β³ There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a late fee may apply or your appointment may be canceled at the service providerβs discretion.
π« If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay in full before booking future services.
Mobile Services Policy
π For mobile services, a non-refundable deposit is required.
βοΈ If you need to reschedule, please notify us 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.
βοΈ If the location is inaccessible or the client is unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled without a refund.
